SIUC School of Architecture and Design Building Proposal - M.Arch Thesis

This project is based on the need for a new SoA and Design building for the SIUC campus in order to enhance these programs, revitalize enrollment and alleviate the issue of space and temporary accommodations.

- Program approx. 150,000 sq ft
Garden Terrace Multi-Family Housing/ Urban Planning Development

This project focuses on an initiative to revitalize East St. Louis by implementing a small urban planning design that includes a community center, a big-box store, and a multi-family housing component.
​
Project Objectives:

- In groups of 3-4, design a master plan
- Individually develop 1 of 3 project types
- Program assigned
Southern Illinois Winery
​
This project concentrates on designing a socially and environmentally conscientious winery for Southern Illinois. It is a demonstration of human diversity, national and regional traditions, and sustainable design, with an emphasis on extreme indoor/outdoor connectivity.
